Description
Totowa Recreation with support of its Mayor and Council are back again for the 7th Annual TOTOWA LIVE 5K. Come join us on Sunday, November 23rd 2025!
The first 1000 registrants will be guaranteed our "Official" TC5K Sport-Tec long sleeve T-shirt! Be sure to have RunGo available the day of the event or if attending Virtually to help navigate our USATF Certified course!

Available this year! 1.. 2.. Week Long Packet Pickup
The Totowa faithful have heard you and there will (again) be a 10+ DAY LONG packet pickup before the event to significantly reduce lines on Race Day (REG/PACKET PICKUP OPENS @8:30AM)! How's that for convenience? Let’s start at the line… ON TIME (10AM)!

Starting TUESDAY, November 11th through Saturday, the 22nd Packet (bib & shirt) Pick Up (note shirt AVAILABILITY dates below) will be located @ the Borough of Totowa Public Library 537 Totowa Road Totowa, NJ 07512
HOURS (Mon-Sat):
Monday — Thursday: 10:00am-8:00pm
Friday (Fri 21): 10:00am-8:00pm <--- Commemorative Long Sleeve Shirt also AVAILABLE
Saturday (Nov 22): 10:00am-5:00pm <--- Commemorative Long Sleeve Shirt also AVAILABLE

Presentation of Awards
Awards will be provided to the FIRST (1st) FEMALE & MALE OVERALL finishers of the LIVE 5K event followed by the FIRST (1st) finisher, MALE & FEMALE in the following AGE groups: 14&Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-79, 80+
New for 2025! An award will be provided to the Individual who travels the furthest distance to reach Totoooowaaaa!!! A Sofie Stokes and Mike Grant award will be bestowed on a set of individuals that possess the MOST SPIRIT and ... drum roll please... a NEW CORPORATE CHALLENGE will acknowledge the COMPANY with the LARGEST NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS with a B-I-G BEAUTIFUL trophy!
Individual Printed Results, a Scrolling Results Board will be available, in addition to the RunSignUp Results to expedite the publication of each participants finish time! Be sure to set your RunSignUp text preferences so you are notified AS YOU CROSS the finish!
DO NOT FORGET, everyone is a winner as those that register will receive this year's BLACK Totowa Tech Tee (pictured below)!
