Description

Join us for us for the 3rd annual RUN FOUR Weekend benefiting Team LeGrand & the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation.

Team LeGrand aligns with the Reeve Foundation's mission of helping individuals living with spinal cord injury and their families by supporting quality of life initiatives and emerging therapies.

Run Four Weekend gives several different options to get involved and support the Foundation:

1) Sign up for a 4 mile run(s) with the team

2) Make a donation to support our runners

3) Take on the the full 48 Challenge

Join us for some miles! 4, 8, or 48! However many you wish!

The 4x4x48 Challenge is a 48 hour ULTRA-running event created by former Navy-SEAL, best selling author, and Ultra-endurance athlete, David Goggins.

For these participants of the full 48, the journey will begin on Friday, April 25th and end on Sunday, April 27th. We will run 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours. All runs will be completed together as a team. We will be using the Westfield Community Center as our homebase  and we will ensure you will stay well fueled throughout the event.

The Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation is dedicated to accelerating the development of therapies for spinal cord injury and improving the quality of life for individuals and families impacted by paralysis. Through its research initiatives, the foundation funds cutting-edge scientific studies aimed at finding effective treatments and cures. Additionally, the Reeve Foundation provides crucial support services, including information resources and quality-of-life grants, empowering people living with paralysis to lead fulfilling lives. By combining groundbreaking research with comprehensive support, the foundation makes a significant impact on the lives of those affected by spinal cord injuries, fostering hope and progress within the paralysis community.
