Off the Grid 5K Run & RUCK

Kick off the South Jersey Spring Season with this classic 5K in Williamstown, the 4th Annual Off The Grid 5K Run & Ruck 

The race starts and ends at Owen's Park, adjacent to Williamstown High School

- Kids 14 and under run for FREE with a registered adult

- Awards to top 3 Female/Male Overall, 10 year Age Groups, and top overall team

Race Day Schedule
8:00 am - Check-in Opens
8:45 am - Race Day Reg Closes 
8:55 am - Check-in Closes 
9:00 am - Race Starts (Run & Ruck)
10:00 am- Awards

Race day registration will be available online only through Run SIgnup.  

5K Team Information:

- Form a team of 4 or 5 members and compete against other teams

- Teams are for the 5K run only, not the Ruck categories

- Teams can be female, male, or coed, however, all teams will compete against each other

- The top 4 times for your team members will be added together to determine your team time

- Top overall winning team will be recognized

5K Ruck Information:

- RUCK•ING [VERB] // Walking with a weighted rucksack (aka backpack/vest)

- The ruck will be split into 2 divisions: 20 lb or 50 lb

- BYOP (bring your own pack)

- Shoulder or Hand carry. Weighted vests are also allowed

- Awards for the top 3 Female/Male in both ruck divisions
