36th Annual Run for Education on paved, USATF certified course with tree-lined residential streets with water stops and posted mile markers. 10K, 5K, Fun Run -- fun for the entire family and for a good cause!! ALL proceeds go directly back to the local schools.
The Woodcliff Lake Educational Foundation (WCLEF) has been supporting the local schools for over 35 years. The Run for Education is our biggest fundraiser and provides needed resources to the schools not covered by the regular school budget. Computer Labs, Anti-bullying Programs, Musical Instruments, STEM Labs and equipment, updated TV Studio, Digital Library, Math Lab, Chromebooks, iPads, and so much more have all been provided by grants from the WCLEF. In recent years, the WCLEF partnered with the Board of Ed to fund an electronic library which was accessible to all students in the District. In the last school year, the Dorchester Technology Grant enabled every 3rd through 5th grader to have their own Chromebook at school and provided 10 iPads in each first grade classroom to allow teachers to customize what students are learning during station time. As a result of this grant (and several previous WCLEF grants), our students in grades 1 through 5 at Dorchester Elementary have the optimum level of technology to enhance their learning!
We are thrilled to be back in person for the 35th annual WCLEF Run for Education!
o The event will include a DJ and vendors – a good time for the ENTIRE family!

The WCLEF depends on donations and fundraisers to accomplish its mission to serve the students of the Woodcliff Lake School District. The Annual Run for Education is the WCLEF's biggest fundraiser and we hope that you participate, either as a runner, sponsor or both, so that the WCLEF can continue to provide Woodcliff Lake students with important educational opportunities.
