Run with FLAG 5K Race Series

FLAG 2020 - Front Line Appreciation Group is a national movement dedicated to helping feed our front line health care workers during the coronavirus pandemic while also keeping local restaurants in business. All race proceeds will be used to continue the movement!

The 3 race series will be held on 3 weekends in July, August & September.  You have 3 days to complete the 3.1 miles for a 5K. You can do one mile a day  for 3 days, 1.5 & 1.6 miles over 2 days or 3.1 miles in 1 day.

If you register for 2 races you receive a race t-shirt, all 3 races you will receive a t-shirt and FLAG magnet. T-shirts and magnets can be picked up at any JackRabbit Store in NJ only starting 7/2 for those registered by 11:59pm 6/21.  For store locations visit: https://www.jackrabbit.com/stores 

HOKA ONE ONE is raffling off a FREE pair of shoes AND a HOKA ONE ONE swag bag for EACH race!  All registrations will automatically be entered.

T-shirts will be available for pick up starting 7/2 for those registered by 11:59pm 6/21. Anyone registering after midnight 6/21 can pick up their t-shirt and magnet starting 8/5.

The 2nd t-shirt and magnet pick up will start 8/5 for those registered by 7/24. Anyone registering after the 8/5 can pick up their t-shirt and magnet starting 8/31.

The 3rd t-shirt and magnet pick up will start 9/2 for those registered by 8/31

Registration Fee: $25 per race

You will receive a printable bib. You will be able to access your Pre-Race Bibs from your RunSignup Profile by clicking the View Pre-Race Bib link under their Upcoming Events
