Good Friday Run is a good way to kick start the 2015 season. The Trappers' Running Club is offering a FREE untimed 'fun' run or walk along an 5 km loop that will begin at the Mess Hall
There is also an option to do a 3 km route
On Friday April 3rd, join us at the 5 Wing Goose Bay Mess Hall (Sodexo).
