Hero Run

Our mission at ACHR is to support people who live with mental health or co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges. Through peer support, in a safe environment, ACHR aims to help people experience positive life growth by focusing on hope, humor and personal responsibility. TOGETHER WE CAN! 

ACHR’s 5th Annual 5k Hero Run is approaching! The Hero Run benefits our A2A NM participants in the form of scholarships for the 12 week recovery program. Proceeds will also benefit ACHR staff and members with office supplies and funds for future community events!

This year’s 5k run will be held on Saturday, Sept. 30th. at the UNM North Campus Golf Course. The run will begin promptly at 8am and follows a scenic path around the golf course for a lovely 3.1 mile run or walk. Participants will receive an event t-shirt, a swag bag, and a few extra goodies!
