Socorro Youth Splash and Dash

Join Socorro Striders and Riders for the Socorro Youth Splash and Dash at New Mexico Tech's pool and field. This is a SWIM-RUN event open to youth ages 7-14*. The event will not be formally timed, but all participants will receive a prize at the conclusion of the race. Help support the Socorro High School Cross Country and Swim teams by registering for this fun event!

Every participant must have a valid USA Triathlon annual youth membership, which can be purchased/renewed ($10) during this registration process. Registration closes at 5:00pm on Thursday, May 25. NO RACE-DAY REGISTRATION AVAILABLE.

*Age is determined by age on race day.

Distances are as follows:

7-8 yrs: Swim 50 yd (2 lengths); run 0.5 mile

9-10 yrs: Swim 100 yd (4 lengths); run 0.5 mile

11-12 yrs: Swim 150 yd (6 lengths); run 1.0 mile

13-14 yrs: Swim 200 yd (8 lengths); run 1.0 mile
