What is NOMV?
- Not One More Vet (commonly referred to as NOMV) is a charitable organization that addresses wellbeing in veterinary medicine through multiple innovative and inclusive pathways. They work to transform the mental health and wellbeing of veterinary professionals so they can thrive and survive through education, resources, and support. They are based in the US but have a global reach.
What are the dates of the race?
- 1st-30th September, 2023
How much does the race cost?
- The race is FREE to enter for all Dechra employees. Dechra covers the cost of the race ($10 USD) when you sign up and this money is donated to NOMV.
Do I need to donate my own money to NOMV?
- Individual donation is not required to participate in the race, but they are welcomed to further advance NOMV's mission. You can donate at the time of your registration or visit the DONATE page after you register and are logged into the site.
How can I see who else is participating in our race?
- Once you have registered and are logged in, you can visit the FIND A PARTICIPANT link at the top of the registration homepage, or click here.
Can my family and friends participate?
- They are welcome to participate but must sign up via a different site as they are not Dechra employees and will need to pay the $10 USD entry fee. They should sign up here.
How does the race work?
- The race is virtual and in your own time. All you need to do is register and walk, run, or bike as much as possible during the month of September and track your progress.

- No there is no app this year.
