Long Island’s Gold Coast has a rich history of triathlon at the Town of North Hempstead Beach Park—and thanks to the support of the Town of North Hempstead, Race Awesome is bringing it back!

At Race Awesome, we never settle for the status quo. That’s why we’ve redesigned the bike course and introduced an all-new run course to elevate the experience in 2025. 

The Race features a 
500 meter Bay Swim
14 mile (4 LOOP) bike on closed roads
3.1 mile run on park paths and trails.
