Join us for a fast, flat 4th of July 5K/10k at James Regional Sports Park as we celebrate America’s 250th anniversary. This is the perfect race to chase a PR, rock your red, white, and blue, and kick off your holiday with your community.
Whether you’re racing all-out or enjoying the morning with friends and family, expect a fun, patriotic atmosphere and a great course built for speed.

Q&A
Is the course stroller friendly?
Absolutely! Strollers are welcome!
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are welcome on a leash. Please keep in mind that it heats up very quickly in the summer and the pavement and concrete will be incredibly hot for those little puppy paws.
When is Packet Pickup?
Packet Pickup will be held Friday, July 3rd from 2pm - 6pm at Red Rock Running Company in the Centennial Shopping Center.

Can I pick up my packet on Race Day?
Yes, but please plan on arriving early. The event will start promptly at 6:30am whether or not you have your bib. Starting late means you risk not getting an official time. We strongly recommend you pick up your shirt and bib at packet pickup. If that is not possible, please arrive by 5:30am on race day!
Can somebody else pick up my packet?
Yes, we just need their name and a picture of their ID.
Where do I park?
Park in the parking lot off Robindale. DO NOT park in the parking lot on Cimarron. From Cimarron and Robindale, go west on Robindale and enter the parking lot. It is very large! Click the button below for a Google Maps link on where to park!

The 10k route starts the same as the 5k, but incorporates a large out and back taking advantage of the new trails and tunnels!
