All participants are asked to start moving at 8:30 to Foster Dr. behind the STARTLINE facing EAST. 5K and 10K RUNNERS should gather near the front right behind the STARTLINE (facing east).  5K Walk and Talkers should gather in the back of the crowd behind the runners.
