Get ready for a spooktacular morning of fun, fitness, and fundraising at the Monster Dash 5K benefiting ALS of Nevada!

Join us on Saturday, October 10th at Virginia Lake Park in Reno, for a festive Halloween-themed 5K run/walk that welcomes participants of all ages and abilities. Whether you're chasing a personal best, enjoying a walk with friends, or showing off your Halloween spirit, this event is a great way to support an important cause while having a frightfully good time.

All participants will receive an event t-shirt and finisher medal. Be sure to come dressed in your favorite Halloween costume for a chance to win awards for Best Costume and Best Dog Costume. That's right, dogs are welcome and encouraged to join the fun!

Every step helps support ALS of Nevada and its mission to provide care, services, and resources to individuals and families affected by ALS throughout our community.
