HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Walk, run, jog, or bike... You choose how to complete your distance within the time period. Take the dog for a walk, ride bikes with the kids, challenge yourself to run farther, or try running for the first time!
GET IN THE SPIRIT
What does being a Fearless! Hero mean to you? Share your story and dress up and race as your favorite hero - everyday hero, personal hero, superhero, the sky is the limit! If costumes aren't your thing, we encourage you to wear bright colors. Share and tag us in your photos using #FearlessHeroes to help encourage others to learn about the vital work Fearless! is doing in our community.
FUNDRAISING
Through RunSignUp, you can create an individual or team fundraising page. Add updates as you work towards your goal to keep your fundraising going strong! Earn great prizes while making a difference where it matters most.
BUILD YOUR TEAM
Challenge your friends and family to join you or set up a company team to help raise awareness. With a virtual race, anyone from anywhere can join your team!
CORPORATE HEROES
October is Domestic Violence Awareness month. Bring training and team-building to your business or community organization with a free in-person or virtual workshop and/or a We Can Be Heroes Corporate Team. Proceeds from the We Can Be Heroes Virtual Run/Walk/Ride will benefit Fearless! Hudson Valley, Inc. (formerly known as Safe Homes of Orange County). Our mission is to build an informed, just, and accountable society so all people can experience supportive and safe relationships free from abuse, exploitation, and oppression. We do this by education, prevention, advocacy, and providing comprehensive services, including shelter, to victims and survivors of interpersonal violence, human trafficking and sexual violence, and other types of crime victimization.
