2015 Show Your VIRTUAL Swell 5K

This virtual iteration of the Show Your Swell 5K is a fund-raiser for the event, which directly benefits the US Hereditary Angioedema Association and research/training for HAE patients and hospitals.

The Race Director received many requests from members of the HAE community from across the country in regards to being involved in the event.  One of the suggestions made was a virtual run!  Virtual runs are great ways to participate and here's why:  The Show Your Swell VIRTUAL 5K can be run at any time, any place!  Register here (or send a message to the facebook page regarding paper registrations), then run a 5K at your convenience and simply send in your time to ShowYourSwell5K@yahoo.com!  You have from now until July 24th to register, then until July 31st to submit your result!  All submissions will then be compiled and results posted!!  

The registration fee is $15 (online charges may apply).  Upon registration we will mail you an official 2015 Show Your Swell 5K finisher's medal!  Medals are limited so register early!  

We look forward to seeing everyone's result, but feel free to be descriptive!  Within your email include not only your result, but your location, how you felt, even pictures!  Many pictures were taken at the live event, so we'd love to see photos from yours!!
