Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie Virtual Wine 5K

This run was originally scheduled to take place on Sunday 4/5 but due to the current state of affairs, the safety of our runners and the current recommendations in place by the CDC which limit gatherings, we have made the decision to transition this event to a virtual 5K.  This event is the perfect motivation you need to stay on track and active.  It is going to be a lot of fun and the SWAG is amazing!  Registration will be open until 4/12.  

Virtual 5K:  
You can walk, jog or run and can complete your virtual 5K on a treadmill, track or anywhere outdoors.  You pick your route!  

Complete your virtual 5K anytime between:  Sunday, April 5th and Tuesday, April 14th.  Track your run with Garmin or Strava etc. and you will be emailed instructions for uploading your finish time. 

Swag: Best swag ever! All registered participants will receive the following: 
- A high quality custom designed gender specific t-shirt ($20 value) 
- A beautiful custom stemless wine glass with a lid  
- $10 in "Fleet Feet Bucks" which will we hope will help to stimulate our business after the COVID-19 crisis 

Swag Pickup: Will take place at Fleet Feet Poughkeepsie at some point after 4/14 once things have settled down.  We can mail goodies to non-local participants!  

Cost: Registration is $30 and will be open through 4/12/20.
