Description
This race can be run, walked, or run/walked anywhere! Get ready to push yourself out of your comfort zone and do something for yourself.
What to do:
1. Register by 4/14/24
2. Get your STRONGHER bib, tech shirt, temporary tattoo, custom medal and StrongHer bag mailed to you.
2. Map out and run, walk, or run/walk 2. 5 miles (4k) between 4/21 and 5/12/24.
3. Be proud of yourself - you took the time for your health and did this for yourself. You also gave back to the youth of Long Island with your participation fee.
4. Optional - post photos and your accomplishment on our page.
