Description
There is nothing more beautiful than a trail run/hike through any of the gorgeous trails in Central New York in the fall. This is why Willow Adventure is happy to announce the CNY Virtu-Real Trail Series! This series will give you the choice to complete 6 different trail runs or hikes throughout Central New York. These trails are commonly used for running, hiking, and other recreational activities and are all public property, so you can access them at your own convenience.
The trails we suggest are listed below and broken down into "regions" of Central New York using Syracuse as the central point. Select any 5 of the trails listed and a 6th of your choosing (it can be listed here or not, but must be a minimum of 2.2 miles) and submit your times. Hikers please submit a time even though we know you are just enjoying the trail.
You will have all of Fall to complete your chosen 6 trails. All submissions need to be uploaded by December 23, 2020. All finishers will receive a Willow Adventure Finisher Medal, Custom Pint Glass and one beer for each trail, in other words a six-pack, from our good friends at Southern Tier Brewery!
***Please keep in mind that many of these public and county parks will have specific hours and rules that we need to respect in order to keep these open to the public. Please adhere to the rules of each of these parks if/when you are running there both on your own time and when you are running our trail series.
