|Bemus Point 5K||
Time7:00PM EDT - 10:00PM EDT
The Bemus Point 5K will kick off the Bemus Point Triple Crown Race Series. A 10K on June 24 and a 6K trail run on August 5 will complete the Triple Crown Series. Literature will be available at the 5K on the other races. Runners who participate in all three races will receive a Triple Crown Race Series completion prize. The 5K has a new and exciting start and finish that will be at the Bemus Point Golf Course and Tap House which is under new ownership. The 5K sunset run will be on May 27 and begin at 7p.m. with race day registration beginning at 5:30p.m. at the golf course. The course will wind you through the beautiful Bemus Point lakeside streets. Each pre-registered runner is guaranteed to receive a custom t-shirt. All runners will receive a ticket for one beverage from Southern Tier Brewery. Friends and family are more than welcome to enjoy food and beverage from the Tap House while their runner is running. Prizes created by the Bemus Point Pottery will be awarded to top runners in each age group. Live music will entertain you throughout the evening. Parking will be available in the village. We encourage runners to arrive early to secure a spot to park. Parking spaces may be somewhat of a distance from the start line so you will want time to get back to your car before the races starts if need be. There will be bathrooms by the start line. The Bemus Point Golf Course and Tap House will be open for post race celebrations where food and drink will be available for purchase. Profits from the race go to the Stephen Pangborn Scholarship Fund. Get to the Point! We hope to see you there. Any questions please email email@example.com
