The Virtual 2022 Nun Run/Walk 5K!
Please join the Sisters of Saint Dominic of Blauvelt, New York at their Seventh Annual Nun Run 5K race from Saturday, October 22nd to Sunday, October 23rd.
What does it mean for the 2022 Nun Run/Walk 5K to be virtual?
Online registration is the same as always, but instead of gathering together on October 22nd/October 23rd in Blauvelt, you run or walk at your choice of time and at your choice of place. Whether you are running in your backyard, park, neighborhood, or on a treadmill, just make sure to log your distance and time, and it'll count!
Register online anytime until October 14*, 2022. After you register, you will be sent a link to submit your time and photos, along with information on how to pick up your official Nun Run/Walk 5K shirt. Then, complete your run anytime between 12:00 AM on October 22, 2022, and 12:00 pm on October 23, 2022.
*registrations received after October 7, 2022, will not be guaranteed a Race T-Shirt.
Unfortunately, due to present conditions, we will not be awarding trophies or medals for this year’s race.
All registration fees, sponsorships, and donations will benefit the Sisters of Saint Dominic of Blauvelt, New York.

HOW TO CREATE A TEAM
During registration, you can set up a team name. Share your team name with others so when they go to register, they look for your team name to join.
Only 1 person on your team needs to register and create a team name during checkout (team password is optional)

How do I print my bib?
Once you register, go to your profile page and scroll down to the event listed. On the right, click "View Digital Bib"
How do I receive my Race T-Shirt?
You will receive an email with information regarding Race T-Shirt pick up days and times during the week of October 17th.
How do I print my finisher certificate?
Once you submit your time after completing the race, there will be an option to print your finisher certificate.
How do I track my time?
You can use any time tracking app available in the app store. Here is a list of top 10 apps.
How do I create a fundraising team?
It's easy! Once you have registered, go to the Donate tab at the top of the Race Homepage and select Become a Fundraiser. You can create a fundraising team to support the work of the Sisters of St. Dominic of Blauvelt or create a team in honor or memory of a Sister who holds a special place in your heart.
Do all team members have to run/walk together?
No, that is the great part about a virtual race! Each team member can run/walk at their own pace on their own time.
Do all team members have to do the same distance?
No, each team member can choose to do their own distance.
