WHAT IS NO BOUNDARIES LEARN TO RUN 5K: A beginner running program designed to guide you safely and effectively into running, while learning valuable information on healthy living. Perfect for beginners who do not run at all or have a hard time starting and are unsure what to do. This program starts out walking and slowly builds into running, preparing you for a 5K (3.1 mile) race.
WHAT IS 2pt0 TRAINING: Perfect for runners who recently completed a 5K or have run numerous 5K and want to improve. This program works to improve speed, endurance, and performance at the 5K level. Over the 12-week, program coaches will work with you to not only to improve speed but to help you run up to 5 miles in a fun supportive atmosphere.
WHAT IS 3pt0 TRAINING: Perfect for those who can run 3 miles but have a difficult time running further than the 5K distance. This program will train you to run up to 8 miles preparing you for a 12K race at the end of the 12-week program. This advanced program is great for runners who are aspiring half marathoners or runners who want to increase distance safely. 3pt0 focuses on speed and endurance at the 10/12K level in a supportive fun atmosphere!
