Let Fleet Feet Sports help you further your training with our Sunday Yoga Session! Yoga is a wonderful compliment to your physical activity routine and a great workout for flexibility, balance and strength.
Led by Joelle, our 6 class yoga session is intended to introduce students to yoga with a focus on stretching. Open to all levels, our 75 minute workout will be mildly vigorous and designed to help strengthen and shape the body while simultaneously connecting breath with movement in a effort to restore balance and strength. Students will be taught various poses and modifications to help ease into each pose.
Classes will take place on Sundays at Fleet Feet Sports from 10:00AM-11:15M starting April 2nd
Commitment: April 2nd, 9th, 23rd, 30th, May 7th, 14th
**This session will be capped at 30 Participants**
*Please bring your own workout mat.
