Celebrate Dyngus Day with Purpose
Join us on Saturday, April 4, 2026, for the Matt Urban Human Services Dyngus Day 5K — a festive run through beautiful Delaware Park in Buffalo, NY.
This energizing 5K celebrates Polish heritage, Buffalo tradition, and the strength of our community. Whether you’re running for a personal best or walking with friends, you’ll be part of something meaningful.
The race begins near the Buffalo Zoo and finishes at Parkside Lodge, where we’ll gather for awards, food, music, and celebration.
All proceeds support Matt Urban Human Services, a Buffalo-based nonprofit doing the hardest work where it’s needed most — providing housing, supportive services, and hope to individuals and families facing homelessness, poverty, mental illness, and the hardest social and economic challenges in our society.
