A virtual race is one that can be run, jogged or walked at any location you choose. Our virtual run is staged completely on the honor system. By registering, we assume you will complete the 5K distance of 3.1 miles at one time/in one go.
Registration is $20.00.
Individuals who have already registered for the run will automatically be transitioned to a virtual runner.
Online registration closes 7/28 at midnight.
You have 5 days to choose from to complete your run, walk or jog! The run kicks off on Saturday, July 25th and you have until 8:00pm on Wednesday, July 29th to complete your run and record your time.
Run in the morning, the afternoon or any time you want! This is your chance to schedule your run around your time and the weather! No need to run in the rain!
Participants will be able to complete the 5K run or walk wherever they want during the five days of the event! You can choose to run or jog in your neighborhood or at a park. If you want to get creative, you could even hike, walk your dog, or use your treadmill to complete the 5K distance of 3.1 miles.
For participants who have done our race in the past, we encourage you to wear your favorite Ronald McDonald House 5K Run cap, volunteer T-shirt or red and white stripped socks to show your support!
With 3 options to choose from in the banners above and below, fundraising for RMHC families has never been easier! As one of our largest events of the year, we count on the funds raised from the Run to support the families who depend on us. Since this is a virtual event this year, this option will be crucial in helping us achieve our fundraising goal of $100,000.
Not a runner, jogger or walker, no problem! You don't need to be a registered runner, jogger or walker to become a fundraiser.
The Top Team Fundraiser and the Top Individual Fundraiser will receive a $100 gift certificate generously donated by Wegmans.

* Award winners will be asked to provide verification of distance and time by submitting Garmin, Fitbit, Android and iPhone fitness trackers, strava, or other personal activity device.
Treadmill runs will be posted to results but will not be acceptable verification for awards.

1) The team captain registers as the first person on the team and creates a team name.
2) team members register for the race and join the team by selecting the team name from list of already registered teams.
