Tibbetts Point Run

REGISTRATION: 8:00AM to 9:45AM at Recreation Park at 602 S. James Street, ½ mile directly south of the Ferry Landing or follow NYS Rte. 12E to South James St.

AWARDS: Permanent trophy engraved with names of Male and Female winners of the 5k Run and 10k Run. Walkers are eligible for tee-shirt and door prizes but it is basically a fun walk. Ribbons will be awarded to the first, second and third place men and women runners in the following categories:
14 and under; 15-19; 20-29; 30-39; 40-49; 50-59; 60-69, 70 and up
Ribbons will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd for the 1 k Fun Run.

LOCATION: Town of Cape Vincent Recreation Park, 602 S. James Street, Cape Vincent.

START TIME: 10:00AM (1 K Kids Fun Run begins at 9:30 with registration for Fun Run beginning at 8:30 am.)

COURSE: The 10k course is flat and fast. It follows the St. Lawrence River to a 5k turn Around At the scenic Tibbetts Point Lighthouse where Lake Ontario meets the St. Lawrence River. The 5k course follows the same route to a 2.5k turn around. Walkers follow same course as 5k runners And will start at 9:45.

FEE: Pre-Registration $20.00US/$23.00CAN, Race Day $25.00US/$28.00CAN. Free t-Shirts to the first 100 participants pre-registered.

Timing this year will be done by YellowJacket Racing from Rochester, NY.
