Description
CVFD hosts the "Red Devil Ruck," an annual event initiated to honor and remember the lives lost during the September 11, 2001 attacks. The inaugural "Red Devil Ruck to Remember" took place on September 10, 2023, the event involves participants engaging in a ruck march, symbolizing the endurance and commitment of first responders during 9/11. This year there is a new option for participants to Run/walk a 5k that leads from the west side station to the east side station.
The proceeds from this event will be donated directly back to support First responder mental health.
