Given the current climate in Broome County and the new restrictions placed on outdoor group gatherings, we are not able to safely hold an in person race.
We are working with runsignup to enable runners to receive full refunds if this is the route you choose. You cannot, however, get a refund at this time as there is no money in the runsignup kitty. We will send another email when we have our finances all figured out but rest assured if you want a refund, you will get one.
For our virtual runners, we have enabled a site where you can upload your results. Over the next few days, we will be uploading results already sent to us. There will be fun, random incentives given to runners who complete the virtual event so stay tuned. Access the site here: https://runsignup.com/Race/Results/2637#resultSetId-221271;perpage:100
Also for our virtual runners, we will be having packet pick up as soon as our shirts are out of printer jail. That should be in two weeks, max
Thank you for your understanding and a special thanks to all runners still willing to take on the Forks XV challenge this year.
