Registration & Entry Fee:    

Tier 1:             Maximum of 2,500 entrants – includes all 8 races

Online registration:      Opens Saturday, April 7 at 6AM to the first 2,000 registrants

There is a small fee to register online, www.flrrt.com

In-person registration: Opens Tuesday, April 10 at 6AM to the first 500 registrants

            One person can register up to five total applications including their own

Fees:   Individual registration -            $70.00

Individual wheelchair racer -   $55.00

Tier 2:             Maximum of 1,500 entrants –  5 races only (HCK 5mile & 5K, SM 10K & 5K, and JB 5mile)

Online registration:      Opens Wednesday, April 11 at 6AM to the first 1,250 registrants

There is a small fee to register online, www.flrrt.com

In-person registration: Opens once Tier 1 has reached capacity to the first 250 registrants

            One person can register up to 5 total applications including their own

THERE WILL BE NO DAY OF RACE REGISTRATION

Packet Pick-Up:

Registrants MUST pick up their shirts and running numbers prior to the first race at Long Island State Park Headquarters.

            Wednesday, June 6 thru Friday, June 8         8AM to 7PM

            Saturday, June 9                                             8AM to 1PM

Awards:

Per Race:

·     Medallions to the first three winners (male and female) in each of the following age categories: 12 and under*, 13-15*, 16-20*, 21-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+ and wheelchair. *Running numbers of runner under 21 years of age will be clearly marked for beer line check.
