Welcome to the Great South Bay 5K & Fun Run, hosted at the beautiful and historic Heckscher State Park in East Islip, NY!
Our mission is to bring the Suffolk County community together for a premier day of fitness, family fun, and environmental awareness. This year, we are proud to support local green initiatives and state park preservation efforts across the South Shore.

Event Details & Course
The fast, flat, and scenic 5K (3.1-mile) course takes runners on a paved loop through Heckscher State Park, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Great South Bay and the Fire Island Lighthouse.
