Give Life NY 5K Run/Walk

Early Registration - July 5- August 15- Individual Entry for in-person event-  $30

Registration- August 16- October 5- Individual for the in-person event- $35

Day of Race Registration - October 6- Individual Entry for in-person event $45

1/4 M KIDS FREE FUN RUN (Open to all children 12 and under)
Although free, we ask that you register so that we have enough medals  

VIRTUAL RACE:
Entry fee for virtual race is $35. All registered Virtual Participants will receive a long- sleeved shirt and participant medal in the mail after October 6. (There are no awards for the virtual event)

Net proceeds from the event will be donated to two or three IRS-designated 501(c)(3) organ donation awareness organizations. Their information will be posted here in the coming months.

All participants will receive a finisher's medal!

Awards will be given out in the following categories:

1st Place Overall Male and Female

1st Place Master's Male and 1st Place Master's Female

1st Place Male and Female Organ Donor

1st Place Male and Female Organ Recipient

Awards will be given to the top three finishers starting at ages 10 and under, and then 5-year age groups up to 90+ and 1st place wheelchair athlete

Please pick up your bib ahead of time if you are at all able to do so.
Bib pickup will be available:

Friday, October 4 from 12 PM to 5:00 PM at Sayville Running Company 19 Main St. Sayville
Saturday, October 5 from 12 PM to 5:00 PM at Runner's Edge, Farmingdale 242 Main St. Farmingdale, NY 11735
Sunday, October 6 from 7:30-8:40 AM at race check-in at the Fieldhouse at Eisenhower Park

It would be helpful if you know your bib number when you arrive at bib pick-up.

Every 5K registrant of the in-person event will receive a long sleeve shirt, participant medal and post-race refreshments.

All in-person 5K registrants are eligible to win from a selection of door prizes generously donated by community businesses - You must be present at the Door Prize drawing to win. 

All Virtual Race entrants will receive a long sleeve shirt and participant medal.

ALL kids 12 and under are invited to participate in the FREE Kids 1/4 mile fun run!

All children will receive a finisher's medal!

Timing will be provided by SCR Timing Services

Results will be available on RunSIgnUp and at srctimingservices.rsupartner.com 

Give Life NY is a IRS-designated 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization

It's mission:

To raise awareness about organ donation through local events, social media, local media outlets, word of mouth and tabling events.

To raise funds to support other organ donation entities.

To help connect interested individuals with local donation centers.

To mentor prospective donors and recipients.

A virtual race can be run anywhere as long as it's done during the prescribed time period.
