Run for a Cause Long Island 5K

Join us the weekend after Halloween to shake off all the sugar and run for a Cause. All the proceeds will go to Care 4 Needy Copts a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization which is committed to raising awareness of the needy Copts in Egypt who live in extreme poverty, providing the funding channel to support their development programs, serving the donors spiritually to see Christ in giving and inspiring the new generation to embrace this vision. 7:00am Registration opens (ALL abilities are WELCOME) 
8:30am Race Starts
10:00am Awards

If you can't run with us on race day. No problem! You can participate in the virtual race that can be run (or walked) from any location you choose. You can run, jog, or walk on the road, on the trail, on the treadmill, at the gym or on the track (or even at another race). You get to run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself. Please share a photo of yourself after you finish on the Facebook event.
