TCRC Annual Dinner

We would cordially like to invite you to this year's TCRC Annual Dinner on Friday, March 6th, 2026, 6pm at Atrio Banquet Hall on 409 Hooper Rd in Endwell NY 

The cost of the dinner is $18 for TCRC members and $37 for non-members + Runsignup fees. 

Cocktail Hour from 6-6:30 pm with a cash bar. Buffet dinner will be served at 6:30 pm. Trivia to start after dinner.

Our Menu Includes:
Mains:
- Beef Tenderloin
- Chicken Marsala
- Eggplant Parm (Vegetarian)
- Pasta (Vegan)
Sides:
- Salad Bar & Rolls with Butter
- Green Beans (Vegan)
- Mashed Potatoes (Vegetarian)
Other:
- Coffee, Water, Tea, and dessert.

Awards:
The TCRC annually recognizes a member who has made outstanding contributions to the club and running community over the years.
The "Member of the Year" award is presented at the TCRC's Annual Dinner. Any club member may nominate someone for Member of the Year.
Voting is restricted to those who have previously been elected as Member of the Year.

This member will be recognized at the TCRC Annual Dinner along with the President's award.
There will be awards for the Grand Prix winners, and recognition for all age group winners and Grand Prix finishers.
