Winter Swim Clinic #2

Improve your swim with this swim clinic led by triathlon coaches Brett and Cristina Caldwell of OutFront Multisport. You'll receive 1 hour of swim time where we'll focus on personalized swim technique including breathing, body position, the catch, pull and recovery. Each athlete will have their stroke analyzed, and will receive a detailed report (delivered post clinic) to continue to progress in the pool. After the pool portion of the clinic, athletes will meet in a conference room where we will provide classroom instruction and provide feedback to each athlete. 

*Please bring fins. If you don't have fins, the pool does have some that you can use.
