WHAT IS THE FORMAT?

1. A 400 meter open water swim - The 400m swim will be a flat lake swim and participants will have the benefit of doing a time trial start whereby five swimmers will depart every 10 seconds. This format will provide a safer start alternative to traditional mass starts.

2. An 8 mile bike course - The event will be held on the beautiful grounds of Green Lakes State Park and surrounding roads. The 8 mile bike will take athletes out of the park and return.

3. Finishing with a 2 mile run and a little bit of fun - The 2 mile run will be flat and fast with athletes looping around the lake. After the event, corporations will have the option of self catering or having their teams catered for while they relax and enjoy the after race celebrations and team camaraderie.
