The Timothy Murphy 10K Run/Walk for the Environment returns on Saturday, October 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM. Join us for a memorable race day during peak fall foliage.

The race starts at Max V. Shaul State Park and follows the scenic Timothy Murphy Trail along State Route 30, finishing on Main Street in Middleburgh during the Fall Festival Parade and Oktoberfest celebrations.

Course Highlights:
• Mostly flat to slightly downhill with a few short uphill sections
• Water stations at miles 2 and 4
• A festive finish in downtown Middleburgh during Fall Festival and Oktoberfest

Transportation:
Pre-Race Bus: Complimentary transportation departs Middleburgh High School at 8:00 AM sharp. Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive early.

Parking: Free parking is available at Middleburgh High School, the adjacent municipal lot, and the Valley Soccer Complex (approximately 1/3 mile from the start).

Drop-Offs: Participants may be dropped off at the start area. No vehicles may remain at the park after the race begins.

IMPORTANT: This is a point-to-point course. There is no transportation provided back to the start after the race. Please plan accordingly.

Ages 0–17: $15
Ages 18+: $20

Standard Entry (September 15–October 9)
Ages 0–17: $20
Ages 18+: $25
