CALLING ALL SURVIVORS AND THRILL-SEEKERS!
🧟♂️Prepare to test your speed, agility, and bravery in the ultimate race for survival. Get ready to Run For Your Life, the undead roam the park and only the fastest make it out alive! 🧟♂️
The 5K Run:
Lace up your running shoes and navigate through a post-apocalyptic world overrun by zombies. This 5K course winds through the abandoned park, and over its desolate fields. But beware – lurking around every corner are hordes of flesh-eating zombies hungry for your brains!
- This course consists of 2 laps around Hamlin Town Park, the first lap will have you zig zag through haunted areas within the park following the same course as the Haunted Walk course. The second lap will lead you to the farthest part of the park as you then make your way to the finish line
- Zombies will be lurking along the course
- SHIRT INCLUDED WITH REGISTRATION
- **We encourage runners to wear costumes!**
The Haunted Walk:
Join us to walk 1.5 miles through the park on our interpretation of a Haunted Hayride on foot. You may be walking, but beware - zombies will still be roaming the course.
- You will leave from the same location as the 5K Run, and walk throughout the park around the Haunted portion of the course.
- This is a Great option for families or those who want a shorter distance but still enjoy the event.
- Includes Shirt with registration.
- **Costumes are strongly encouraged**
Join the Horde of the Undead as a Zombie:
If you sign up as a "Zombie" you are NOT running in the 5K Race.
- You will be scaring runners as they make their way around the course.
- Zombies will attend a Pre-Race meeting at 5:30pm at the Charlie Maier Lodge after you check in at registration, to get detailed instructions on what is expected as a Zombie and to get your location spot along the course.
- Zombies can collect leftover Race Shirts if available.
- **No Zombie is allowed to make contact or come close enough to touch a Runner.**

There will be Age Group awards(U10, 11-15, 16-19, 20- 24, 25-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+) including the top 1 Male and Female overall finishers.

Saturday 10/19 (Day of race) at the Park Pavillion by the playground 5:00pm - 5:30pm

A Halloween Festival where we fill Hamlin Town Park with vendors, family friendly activities, food, music, contests, and more! Don't miss out on all of the Spooktacular fun for all ages!
Run For Your Life at the Zombie 5k
Hordes of zombies will chase you as you run through the infested areas of the Town Park.
The Haunted Highway
The final event of Hamlin's Halloweenathon. All manners of creatures have taken up residence in the park. Take a drive through the park after dark and see what horrors await.
