Come out to enjoy not only a fast and flat USATF Certified 5K course, but a Halloween theme complete with a BEST COSTUME CONTEST! Best Male and Female Costumes!
All who register by October 18th at Midnight will be guaranteed a dry-fit t-shirt and will also earn a FREE BEER courtesy of our long-time host THE IRISH TIMES PUB on Main Street in Holbrook.

WHEN / WHERE?
You may run your race anywhere you choose at your own convenience and post your results anytime by October 28th 2023. Complete your run, and upload your results and photos on the race website. (You can also go to your RunSignUp profile, go to your Upcoming races, and click on Submit Virtual Results. ) **Don't forget to print out your finisher's certificate after you submit your time by going back to the results! **
HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR RACE BIB:
After registering for the race, click the circle icon in the top right corner of RunSignUp.com
-Scroll down to "Upcoming Races" Select View the Pre-Race bib. Print it out and wear as you run your race! Take a photo and share on social media!

The STRONG ISLAND RUNNING CLUB recognizes the importance of "giving back" to our community. As such, we have aligned ourselves to assist in fundraising on behalf of TEAM RED WHITE AND BLUE. This 501 (c) 3 Charity assists our wounded veterans in a multitude of ways including participation in athletics. Attend a STRONG ISLAND RUNNING CLUB event and help us help our local veterans. Please bring a non-perishable food item to this event to participate in our ongoing effort to help ISLAND HARVEST feed our neighbors on Long Island. We will collect these at The Irish Times Pub on October 30th and all who donate will be entered into a raffle for a free race entry and a special mystery prize!
