Mark Cox
Mark’s passion is people. He is a vocal and leadership wellness coach. He uses his unique set of experiences to guide people toward wholeness in life, work, and art. Becky Copp
Becky is an RRCA Level 1 Running Coach, USTFCCA Endurance and Strength & Conditioning Specialist, Wellness and Confidence Coach, cofounder of the wellness brand Movitity and most importantly, a mom. Before starting her own business, she was a former science tutor and cross country coach. Her mission in life is to help new moms get their identity back by creating individualized plans based on their specific needs to ultimately regain their confidence, happiness, and joy in doing things outside of motherhood. She believes in pushing past perceived limits and knocking down barriers that prevent us from living our most fulfilling life. In her spare time, she enjoys running, hiking, spending time at her family’s cottage, and family ice cream dates at Dippity Do Dahs in Corning, NY.
