š¤ FAQs
NO. Dogs are not allowed in Stringham Park, and given that this event takes place on roads that are open to traffic, it is not safe for strollers either.Ā
No, but parents should use their judgment when registering minors to ensure they are comfortable running on roads with traffic, can understand instructions on where to turn, and can complete the distance without assistance.
Walkers are welcome, but keep in mind that we need to exit the park by 10:15 a.m.. This means we need all participants to complete the 5K by 10:00 a.m.
This event will take place rain, snow, or shine. We would only cancel should road conditions be too treacherous for travel. We do not have an alternate date locked in, so please keep that in mind when registering.
We will have a small water station set up near the start/finish area, but participants should plan to bring anything that they anticipate needing to run/walk with.
