Adirondack Health 5k Turkey Trot 2023

Join us for Adirondack Health's 14th Annual Turkey Trot! This flat 5K walk/run starts at 8:30 am on Thursday, November 23rd (Thanksgiving Day) at the Beach House in Lake Placid, NY. Proceeds from the event will benefit the local school food pantries and Adirondack Health's Fit for Life Program.

Prizes will be awarded to first, second and third place overall male and female finishers. If you can "stuff the turkey," or, in other words, beat the mystery Turkey Runner to the finish line, you can receive bragging rights at your Thanksgiving table and an award!

Starts at 8:30 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day at the Beach House in Lake Placid.
Flat 5k course around Mirror Lake.
Check in and pick up your bib/T-shirt Nov 22nd at the Beach House in Lake Placid 4-6 p.m.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the local school food pantries and Adirondack Health's Fit for Life Program.
