Adirondack Health 5k Turkey Trot 2024

Join us for Adirondack Health's 15th Annual Turkey Trot 2024! This flat 5K walk/run starts at 8:30 am on Thursday, November 28th (Thanksgiving Day) at the Beach House in Lake Placid, NY. ALL proceeds from the event will benefit the local food pantries and Adirondack Health's Fit for Life Program.

All registered participants will receive our newly designed Turkey Trot T-shirt! 

Prizes will be awarded to first, second and third place overall male and female finishers. If you can "stuff the turkey," or, in other words, beat the mystery Turkey Runner to the finish line, you can receive bragging rights at your Thanksgiving table and an award(a yummy one)!

Starts at 8:30 a.m. on Thanksgiving Day at the Beach House in Lake Placid.
Flat 5k course around Mirror Lake.
Check in and pick up your bib/T-shirt Nov 27th at the Beach House in Lake Placid 4-6 p.m.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the local food pantries and Adirondack Health's Fit for Life Program.
Bring 3 non-perishable food items PLEASE!

Registering online guarantees you a FREE Turkey Trot T-shirt! 
Day of Trot Registration 6:30-8 a.m. at Beach House and Bib Pick-up 6:30am-8am, $35 Individual, $125 Group of 4.
Kids 10 and under run/walk/stroll FREE and will receive a bib at packet pick-up! And ALL receive a prize at the finish line! No need to register them online UNLESS you would like them to receive a Turkey Trot t-shirt!
