Race Description
Join the Village of Mamaroneck for our 60th Annual Turkey Trot 5K and 1-Mile Gobbler Race.
Kick off your Thanksgiving week with a beloved Mamaroneck tradition!
The Village of Mamaroneck Parks & Recreation Department invites runners of all ages to join us on Sunday, November 22, 2026, at Harbor Island Park.
The Gobbler (1 mile, ages 12 & under) takes off at 9:45 a.m., followed by the Turkey Trot 5K at 10:15 a.m.
Every participant will receive a free t-shirt, medal, and a warm cup of turkey soup to celebrate the season!
Stick around afterward for the Awards Ceremony at 11:30 a.m.
Bring your family, cheer on your neighbors, and celebrate the holiday spirit together at this festive community race!
Sorry, No Pets or Baby Strollers are allowed on the course.
Please pick up your race bib and t-shirt in advance. If you are picking up for a friend, please know the correct spelling of their last name.
Pre-Registered Packet Pick-up: Friday, November 20, 2026, from 10:00am - 7:00pm and Saturday, November 21, 2026, 9:00am - 1:00pm. At the Village of Mamaroneck Recreation Department located in the Stephen E. Johnston Beach Pavilion, Harbor Island Park.
No. We do not have a check-in for personal items. The Village of Mamaroneck is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Yes, you can register day of. T-Shirts are not guarnteed for race day participants.
Both races start and finish in Harbor Island Park on the access road near the beach enterance.
