15th Annual Michelle's Memorial 5k

Michelle A. Schuler-Bewley graduated from Royalton Hartland Central School in the class of 1994. She was a tremendous athlete on the Field Hockey, Swimming and Track & Field teams in addition to being a part of Orchestra, Chorus, Student Government and National Honor Society. More importantly though, Michelle was a leader that cared greatly about her community, looked for ways to help those around her and had a zest for life. In 2006, Michelle passed away in a car accident. Later that same year Michelle's family formed a scholarship in her name to be given out to Seniors graduating from her Alma Mater. By 2012, the Michelle's Memorial 5K was formed and has become an annual fall tradition in Middleport, fostering community spirit.
Michelle's Memorial, Inc. is a charitable 501(c)(3) organization with the mission of empowering education, promoting wellness and addressing community needs.
Over the course of 20 years, the Michelle A. Bewley Scholar Athlete Award has been awarded to 30 students of Royalton-Hartland High School and 2 students in the Niagara-Orleans Sports League, totaling over $52,000. In the past year, the Michelle’s Memorial S.T.E.M. Award has been given to 5 students of Royalton-Hartland High School, totaling $5,000.

Student Price (18 and under until race day): $15 - price reduced at checkout
Pre-Registration Price (Before November 1st): $20

If You Choose to Run Virtually
Virtual running works exactly the same as any other type of running but the difference is that the entered race can be run at any location, at any pace, inside on a treadmill or outside in another country! All you have to do is register and be able to time your run or walk over a measured distance of 3.1 miles.
Run/walks accomplished from November 12 through November 22 can be counted. Results will be reported on the results page (link in menu above and on Score This Running Page).

- Nov 16 @ 10am - reminder to report your time
