MKFD FIRED UP 5K

The 11th Annual Kisco 5K and Kids Mad Dash will take place on September 15, 2024

One of Mount Kisco's favorite events is back for a 11th year and we are excited for the Mount Kisco Volunteer Fire Department to officially take on year 3 of this event!  Last year was incredibly successful and we look forward to much of the same.  We are currently accepting sponsorship for these events.  Please contact 5k@Kiscofire.com if you are interested. This year, all proceeds from the race will go to training and equipment for our dedicated volunteers!

This year, we will be running in honor of Kathy Tilden.  Kathy has always had a pivotal role in the 5K.  She was one of the people who dreamed up the idea of bringing an event like the 5K to Mount Kisco.  KT welcomed all with a warm smile and calm demeanor, even in the craziest of circumstances.  She was a huge help to the Fire Department, allowing us to get up and running in no time flat.  We will all certainly miss Kathy, but we know she will be watching over us on the 15th!  We wish our condolences to her family in this difficult time.  

**We are only accepting Pre-Registered Runners for this event.  There will be no registration the day of the event**
