Naples Valley 5k

Out of respect for our current situation of social distancing we have decided to cancel the Naples Valley 5k this year.  We are so thankful for the support of our community and plan on returning in April 2021. We will be refunding race registrations.  Be healthy, take care of yourselves and each other, and happy running! 

5k Road Race in Naples NY

New Course for 2020! 

Start and end at the High School on Academy Street: Run east, down Academy Street, turn left on main street, then left on NIagara Lane.  Run through the vineyard to Hazlitt's, turn right, run north on West Ave, then turn right on Tobey.  Run down the hill past St. Jan's, turn left on main street headed north.  Turn left on Mount Misery (aka Mt. Pleasant Street),  at top of the hill continue straight south on West Avenue all the way to the end, turning left onto Lyons Street.  At the end of Lyons, turn left onto Main Street back to Academy Street.  Turn left and run to the finish! 

Awards: 

• 1st Place Male Award + $50 • 1st Place Female Award + $50 

• Masters: 1st Place 40+ male + $50 and female + $50 

• 1st/2nd/3rd place male/female age groups: Hoodies for youth age-group winners, prizes for all other AG winners.  

Age Groups: 9 and under, 10 -12, 13–15, 16 –18 +, 19 -24, 25–29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-80, 80+  No duplication of awards. 

• Coach Gary Schenk Award - 1st place Naples Teacher (male or female) 

• Bear Award: Awarded to the school with most entries from Naples Elementary or Naples Jr./Sr. High

Registration: 

All K–12 student entries $15, all other entries $20.00 

Early Packet pick up: Friday April 24 4:00pm – 7:00pm at Naples High School 

Day of Race - Registration closes at 8:00a.m.
