Giving is a big part of the holiday season. Make your holiday count even MORE. Dedicate a run to someone special.
Make this season EXTRA special -Share the story of your special someone:
- a family member who supported you during the year
- a person who accomplished something big (or small :) in 2020
- a friend who lifted you up when you were down
- someone who shared a special moment with you
HOW to participate:
- Register your distance (5K, 10K, Half Marathon, Marathon)
- Pick your day between Christmas Eve and New Years Day
- Email and/or post your story on social media and tag @runformyhero #runformyhero Email runformyhero@prehab.com
- Log your run. Post your results here or online with a photo. Or on our website www.runformyhero.com
- Optional donation to Make a Wish Foundation
