Spring inspiration here we come!
For the first 3 weeks of April, we have partnered with Reebok to create 3 challenges for you to complete to introduce fun new fitness habits into your routine.
WEEK 1
This week's challenge is simple: Every day, commit to 25 jump squats.... That's it!
On day 7 after completing your daily jump squats, upload results and tell us how many jump squats you did for the week. Your goal is 175!
Everyone who completes 175 jump squats for the week will be entered to win a Reebok Nano X1 (the official shoe of fitness)
WEEK 2
This week's challenge is simple: Run 3 times over the course of the week.
The distance of each run doesn't matters, as long as they are 3 seperate activities.
Everyone who completes 3 runs for the week will be entered to win the lightweight, everyday trainer, the Reebok Forever Floatride Energy 3.0
WEEK 3
This week's challenge is similar to last week's, but instead of running 3 times, the challenge is to run 4 times over the course of the week (from now through Earth Day🌎)
The distance of each run doesn't matters, as long as they are 4 separate activities.
BONUS: to celebrate SUSTAINABILITY, everyone who completes 4 runs for the week will be entered to win the Sustainable Reebok Forever Floatride Energy Grow 🌱
