JCCI Virtual Run Registration 
レースは以下の二種類となります。 

個人レース（Individual Race） 
個人レースは、性別および年齢（5歳区切り）のカテゴリーに基づき自動的に振り分けられます。 登録時に入力いただいた情報をもとに該当カテゴリーが適用されます。 
本レースは5Kランを対象とし、期間中における最速タイムを競います。 
イベント期間内であれば複数回のタイム提出が可能であり、ランキングは提出された記録のうち最も速いタイムを基準として決定されます。 
 
チームレース（Team Race） 
最低チーム人数４人から（上限無し）。以下の3カテゴリーに分かれます。 
男子チーム
女子チーム
混合チーム

順位は以下3つの要素を総合的に評価して算出されます。 
評価項目： 
総走行距離 
チーム全体で達成した累計走行距離  
平均走行距離
チームメンバー1人当たりの平均走行距離  
参加率
登録メンバーのうち、実際に走行記録を提出した参加者の割合 
 
参加費（Registration Fee） 
$45／1名  
 
参加特典・表彰 
参加記念Tシャツは、2026年9月中にJCCIオフィスにて、参加者全員にお渡しする予定です。
また、上位入賞者にはメダルの授与を行います。 
 
重要事項 
現在、RunSignupシステムの設定上、登録ページでは参加費が「$0」と表示されておりますが、実際の参加費は上記の通りとなります。 
ご登録後、JCCI会計システムより別途インボイスを送付いたしますので、内容をご確認の上お支払いください。

JCCI Virtual Run Registration 
The race is divided into two categories as follows: 

Individual Race 
Participants in the Individual Race will be automatically assigned to categories based on gender and age group (5-year intervals). Category placement will be determined based on the information provided during registration. 
This event is a 5K race, and participants will compete for the fastest time. 
Multiple time submissions are allowed throughout the event period. Rankings will be determined based on each participant’s fastest submitted time. 
 
Team Race 
Minimum team size: 4 participants. No maximum team size. The Team Race is divided into the following three categories: 
Men’s Team  
Women’s Team  
Coed Team  
Team rankings will be determined using a hybrid scoring model designed to ensure fairness across teams of different sizes. 
Final rankings are calculated based on the following three evaluation criteria: 
Total Distance 
The cumulative distance completed by all team members  
Average Distance per Participant 
The average distance completed per team member  
Participation Rate 
The percentage of registered team members who submit recorded results  
 
Registration Fee 
$45 per participant 
 
Participant Benefits & Awards 
Participation commemorative T-shirts will be distributed to all participants at the JCCI office in September 2026. 
Medals will also be awarded to top finishers. 
 
Important Notice 
Due to current RunSignup system settings, the registration fee is temporarily displayed as “$0” on the registration page. 
However, the actual participation fee is as stated above. 
After registration, an invoice will be issued separately through the JCCI accounting system. Please review the details and complete the payment accordingly.
