This is your year to reach your goal of completing your first duathlon or triathlon! Our beginners’ training plan is $50 for the complete 8-week training package.
There is a mix of in-person sessions and on-your-own training guidance. If you can’t join an in-person session, you can follow the plan on your own. We will also incorporate swim clinics (if the weather allows) and information on ‘basic’ theory and tips such as transition, nutrition, the race itself, etc.
Weekly Sessions in person: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 am in Central Park.
A detailed training schedule will be emailed once you’ve registered. Intensity can be amended according to your needs and the time of the season. We train rain or shine. Any adjustments to the schedule will be communicated to the group via WhatsApp.
For seasoned athletes, train to reach your personal PR! All are welcome to train with our training partners NYTri4All. The club offers regular weekly group sessions in Central Park (check it out at nytri4all.com)
