Run For My Hero December

Welcome to our December virtual run that will help you Get Fit + Give Thanks + Inspire!

Past participants have been excited to run "together" from all over the place. Join us and feel the passion for running and accomplishing your goals!

WHEN: December 5th & 6th

Run anytime on December 5th or 6th - in solidarity with runners across the globe. Create your run challenge by choosing your distance and route. Join our club on Strava (Prehab Run Club) and record your run. Or record results here.

We are dedicating our December run to raise awareness for Alzheimer's.

Quick Facts about Alzheimer's Disease:
Alzheimer's is not a normal part of aging.
Alzheimer's disease is an irreversible degeneration of the brain that causes disruptions in memory, cognition, personality, and other functions that eventually lead to death from complete brain failure. Currently, it is estimated that there are 50 million people with Alzheimer's and that affects many more people who are family members and caregivers.
